Fit4Baby®
FIT4BABY is a 6-week prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey. Classes are held in Palos Heights.
Stroller Strides®
Stroller Strides is a 60-minute, total-body workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core training, all while engaging and entertaining the little ones in a stroller! With weekly playgroups, you'll meet new mom friends while bonding with your little one! Classes are held in Palos Heights, Palos Park, and Oak Forest.
Body Well™
Body Well is our 8-week mom-only program that empowers you to improve your physical and mental well-being with weekly workouts, accountability, recipes, challenges, and more.
