  • Who is FIT4BABY for?
  • FIT4BABY is designed for pregnant moms at any stage of pregnancy. All workouts are prenatal-safe and can be modified to meet your individual needs.
  • Do I need to be in shape to join?
  • No prior fitness experience is required, just clearance from your healthcare provider to exercise.
  • Are the workouts safe during pregnancy?
  • Yes. FIT4BABY workouts are specifically designed for pregnancy and led by a certified prenatal fitness instructor.
  • What types of exercises can I expect?
  • Classes include a mix of strength training, low-impact cardio, core and pelvic floor friendly movements, and relaxation techniques to support pregnancy and prepare for birth.
  • What should I bring to class?
  • Bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and a yoga mat.
  • What is included in the program?
  • Your FIT4BABY package includes 6 weekly private group prenatal workouts.
  • Where are classes held?
  • Classes meet every Thursday from 7:00–8:00 PM
  • Winter session starts February 5, 2026.
  • Classes meet at Anchor Church in Palos Heights
